Ordered some appliance casters, was only 3 days transit from the company.  Waited 12 days, then called.  Waited 2 days to be told they were backordered.  They called the alleged day they arrived and stated I'm sorry but I forgot to call and tell you they were backordered.  They will ship out tomorrow.  Well, they arrived 5 days later for a total of over 2 weeks to get order.  Never again will I order from your company.  I have a business to run and your "oversight" made me look like a fool to my client.  If you guys operate as a demand/pull business it should be stated up front.
