real benefits like high weight capacities and floor protection, they can hold up to 3,500 lbs each which means 14,000 lbs on a
traditional 4 caster cart. This is an extremely popular
series of casters, offering 6", 8", 10" and 12" diameters with 3" wide tread.
This series
features common top plate sizes for easy installation. These industrial
kingpinless casters are made out of ASTM1045 steel, drop forged 5/16” thick top plate
integrates with a forged 3” diameter precisely machined raceway with a
single row of hardened 1/2" ball bearings. The legs are formed from 3/8"
steel, double welded to the outer raceway for maximum strength. Our
unique offset raceway design, heat treatment and processes allows our
casters to carry the maximum weight of the bearings used, without
horizontal wear, kingpin failure or fracturing of welds. These
advantages enable our kingpinless casters to handle side thrust force better than our competitors designs. NSF
Listed. These casters come in swivel or rigid, locking casters
with brakes and several bearing options. Polyurethane on cast iron core wheels. These casters and
wheels are commonly used in the heavy industrial, production carts, Heavy duty dollies and
