Expandable Adapter Stem Casters

The expandable adapter stem casters are used to support carts used in the food service and medical industries as well as many others. An expandable adapter stem is installed into tubing beginning in either the lower nut under the raceway or the racing itself. As the rubber piece of the adapter begins to grip the inside of the tube, the fastener will tighten down on the rubber piece and expand it to securely hold the caster in place. The stem should be tightened to ensure there is no movement or possibility of the caster stem coming loose.
