These caster wheels are some of the most common wheels for applications like heavy duty industrial carts, production dollies, displays and fixtures and more. The reason for the popularity is the strength of the wheel, the abundance of sizes (we offer phenolic wheels in sizes ranging from 3" to 18" diameters. The most popular being 5", 6" and 8") coupled with the economical price. These wheels are nearly as strong as steel but will not rust or corrode. These wheels may not be safe on finished flooring with heavy loads, polyurethane and rubber wheels are better choices on hardwood and finished flooring.
Also available in this category are high temperature phenolic wheels, which are often used in autoclaves, bakeries, etc. and are terrific for dry heat situations and coupled with high temp grease they can handle up to 525f.

Phenolic wheels are resin mixed with macerated canvas which creates a high capacity, high impact resistant wheel that has many years of proven reliability in the industry. Several bearing options available. Hard tread rolls easily, provides good concrete floor protection and is quieter than steel wheels. Resistant to oil, grease and solvents, non-metallic and non-sparking. This is a great wheel at a great price and they are in stock and ready to ship.
